How do I track my order?

  • Tracking your order is easy! Go to our track order page, input your order number and email and receive your tracking information. Please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

  • Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, there is a small amount of time where we may be able to edit or cancel your order, but this isn't guaranteed.
  • If your order has been processed in our warehouse or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately, we will not be able to edit your order.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

  • We are on your team. Please reach out to us and a team-member will be in touch with you within 24 hours (usually less).

Can I remove the LapMount Ultra without damaging the surface?

  • Yes, you absolutely can. If there is residue after removal use 'Goo Gone' for a very simple clean wipe on any surface.

How do you remove the LapMount Ultra?

  1. Use a non-marring plastic or rubber blade.
  2. Gently lift the edge of one side while using the arm as leverage to lift up the side of the mount.
  3. Be patient and allow the adhesive to separate the holder from your laptop.
  4. You can clean up any residue on your laptop with Goo Gone, if any.

Can reattach the LapMount Ultra after removal?

  • Yes, you just need to find "3M VHB Circle Tape" on Amazon or a local depot. You can remove and reattach as many times as you please.
